Our pure 100% Arabica coffee comes from the misty equatorial mountains of the world's finest coffee growing countries. The beans chosen for this coffee were carefully selected by our Roastmaster for their superior flavor qualities and were then artfully roasted to bring out the unique characteristics of each bean.

The roasting facility is Organic Crop Improvement Association (OCIA) certified organic, British Columbia Kosher and Orthodox Union certified. Our Swiss water decaf coffee is Swiss water accredited (www.swisswater.com) , OCIA certified organic (www.ocia.org) and fair trade certified through Transfair (www.transfair.ca)
